1. Quotations

All quotations are provided in good faith and are subject to change if the volume or nature of goods differs. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

2. Payment Terms

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due on your moving day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the agreed price. Cancellation on the day may incur the full charge.

4. Liability

The Company's liability for loss or damage is limited to £40 per item unless full insurance has been arranged. The Company is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packing by the Customer.

5. Prohibited Items

We will not carry hazardous materials including petrol, propane cylinders, motor oil, lighter fluid, nail polish remover or other flammable substances.
